alisma presents Serbian composer Ana Krstajić and Canadian composer Joey Reda, who have joined their creative forces for the album Confluence, a new collaboration aimed at nurturing their creativity and pushing the boundaries of musical creation. Confluence marks their first album in the neoclassical genre, featuring captivating and mesmerizing compositions for piano and strings, often evoking cinematic atmospheres.

Supported by the musicians of the Belgrade Chamber Orchestra, Ana Krstajić and Joey Reda are the pianists for the pieces Confluence and Still Spirit, respectively, while Ana Spremić performs on all the other tracks.

Inspired by the infinite wonders of water, the composers Ana Krstajić and Joey Reda explore the delicate balance between tradition and innovation through classical piano and a string quintet. Through their distinct influences and experiences, they weave a sound that is both timeless and innovative, creating something unique and powerful.
